Under its partnership and exclusivity agreement, Donard is delighted to announce its first UK order with SIBS for 245 apartments in Basildon. 

The 245 apartments will be located in Basildon, 30 minutes outside of London. Known for its strong connectivity, growing population, and regeneration initiatives, Basildon offers an ideal location for this landmark development. The apartments will be manufactured using SIBS’ advanced modular technology, ensuring high standards of quality, sustainability, and efficiency.

The project is due to break ground in Q1 2026 and practical completion is anticipated in early 2027. This project is expected to deliver one of the most sustainable and efficient residential buildings for rent in the UK, in a programme 9 months quicker than traditional build.
